Storage Precautions for Mine-used Solid Woven Flame-Retardant Pattern Conveyor Belt

The solid woven flame-retardant pattern conveyor belt is an efficient, safe and stable conveying tool, which is widely used in industrial production. However, the following points should be noted when storing mine-used solid woven flame-retardant pattern conveyor belts:

The storage environment shall be dry and well-ventilated, kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, water and fire. The conveyor belt is mainly made of specially treated synthetic rubber, steel wire and other materials. These materials are prone to absorbing moisture and affected by humid air, which may cause chemical reactions of varying degrees and reduce the performance and service life of the conveyor belt.

The ambient temperature for storage shall be maintained between -10℃ and +40℃. Excessively high or low temperature will break the material performance balance, cause changes in physical and chemical properties, and shorten the service life of the belt.

Long-term storage should be avoided. Prolonged storage will lead to aging and cracking of the conveyor belt, resulting in degraded performance and shortened service life.

Handle the belts with care during storage to prevent damage to the surface pattern and inner core material. Regular inspection shall be carried out during storage to check the surface condition of the belts and the impact of the storage environment on them.

The above are the storage precautions for mine-used solid woven flame-retardant pattern conveyor belts, which can serve as a reference for daily storage management and be checked when necessary.
